Configure the App

Thank you for choosing twoosync!

To use your new twoosync, you must complete these steps:

Installing apps, connecting bracelet, pairing, etc.

Step 1- Place twoosync on the charger to activate it.

※ When twoosync displays a red light, it is in the process of charging; when it displays a green light, it indicates that charging is complete.

Charging time is usually about 1 hour.

Step 2- Enable Bluetooth on your phone.

Step 3- Download the totwoo app from the App Store or Google Play.



Step 4- Open the totwoo app and pair your twoosync with your phone, following the instructions in the app.

Step 5- Tap your twoosync and wait for the app to recognize your twoosync. when it flashes after touching it.

After the toosync and app have been connected successfully, a pop-up window will appear in the app asking to pair the Bluetooth with the bracelet. Click “Pair” and “Allow” all notifications.（ Only iPhone users need this; Android phone users do not.）



Step 6- Add your partner and make sure your partner's phone number is saved in your phone contacts

Note: The partner name must be in plain text and tags, symbols and punctuation are prohibited, otherwise the addition will not succeed.

Step 7- To ensure a stable connection between your towoosync and the totwoo app, please follow the instructions in the app's "ME-How to stay connected" to complete all relevant permission settings.

※ If you are an IOS user, please make sure to turn off airplane mode and low power mode . Do not disturb and enable background app refresh.

Step 8 stars t using your twoosync

The functionality of the different twoosync product models varies, following the instructions for use of the application.

Tap on twoosync and if the "blue light flashes quickly", it means that twoosync and the app are currently in a disconnected state. Please reconnect the app and totwoo before resuming messaging.

To send "Thinking of You": Tap twoosync to make the blue light flash, tap @ again before it turns off to make the white lights flash.

To send "I love you": Tap twoosync to make the blue light flash, then hold it before it turns off until it vibrates. ( Some twoosync models do not support this feature. ）
